Balance Meal to the adult:
At the child reach at 12 - 18 years period is called adult.The many changes in body that time. Bones and muscles are developing and thinking ability also increase. Many organ developed and function to the body .many hormone change in adult period.
The adult people also need more amount of energy food and Protein food for normal growth.
It take 3-4 times meal per day.
Some basic food for adult
1) Energy food
2) Protein food
3) protective and ragulatory food
4) iron and calcium
