Balance diet for school children


The  age of child between 6 to 12 years nutrition need of child increased. Because child use our mostly time in playing so consumed more energy. School children mostly time feel Hungary. We provide children high energy food .
The growth of child increased rapidly and need more nutritious food to the body.
School going child increased daily meal 5 - 6 times a day.
This period children bones are developing so the need of calcium increased in daily meal.

Basic Nutrition to school children

2) Protein food
3) protective/ ragulatory  food
4) vitamin A, vitamin C
5) Iron and calcium
